  Pretty disgusted.
  My partner had seriously hurt his back where he is in obvious pain. Called his regular doctor but were booked but needed to see someone asap. Well he had I'm assuming the NEW female doctor.. had him in and out in less then 3 minutes and basically claimed he was trying to take work off and just gave him a print off of workouts. Turns out he has torn muscle in his shoulder and back As Well as finding out he has scoliosis so thank you for nothing and possibly causing more pain for him. NEVER EVER AGAIN.

  Having recently had the pleasure to meet the new female doctor, Dr Olga Zbarskaya, I am extremely happy that she has decided to make Bellbowrie family practice her new place of employment. Very friendly, quiet, polite, and goes about the buiness of doctoring without standing on ceremony; she even went above the norm and rang to get previous blood results for me. Hope this young lady hangs around for a good while.

  Doctors are nice here and try to help where they can.
  However the older lady at the reception is so rude. Shame on her.
  I visited this practice with my son one day and asked her if I could use bathroom/room to change my 2 year old son. She told me I could not. When I told her I was going to change my child in the waiting area (no one was there. We were only people) on the chairs, she was not happy.
  Wrapped the nappy in the scented nappy bag and put it in the bin.
  On my way out she told me to take the nappy bag of the rubbish bin and take it with me!!
  What is the rubbish bin for then? It was Sunday so quiet day and she clearly could take the rubbish bin bag out and throw it away as the practice was about to close for the day. But no she had some nerve to ask me to take it with me.
  Very unprofessional and incompetent. Should not work for a doctors practice if you cannot sympathise with mums of babies and young children.

  This practice seemed a good choice several months ago and a few visits confirmed this. However this morning with two consecutive appointments booked and no one waiting when we arrived the wait began. When we questioned the receptionist she stated that the doctors were having a meeting. Meanwhile the waiting area had filled up with waiting patients. As I said we would re-book the doctor appeared and called in a patient who arrived after our two pre-booked appointment times. There was no apology and we won't return. Our time is just a valuable as anyone else.

  Have only had positive experiences here. Doctors are lovely and so is the receptionist.
  
  Had our newborns immunisation here and the nurse was fantastic. Lots of availability on different days to get an appointment quickly whenever we need.
